CertCompanion offers a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial period, you have full access to all features. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Trial eligibility is limited to one per person.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
If you are unsatisfied with CertCompanion, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first payment. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Refunds are not available in the following situations: (a) subscription renewals after the initial 14-day period; (b) dissatisfaction with exam results — CertCompanion is a study aid and does not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam; (c) content changes due to exam objective updates by certification providers; or (d) accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
To request a refund, email us at support@certcompanion.com with your account email address and reason for the refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 2 business days.
CertCompanion is a supplementary study tool. We do not guarantee exam pass rates or specific outcomes. Certification exam content is controlled by the respective certification bodies and may change without notice. We are not responsible for any exam fees, retake fees, or other costs associated with certification attempts, regardless of your performance on our practice quizzes.
